§ Dr. J. Dickson MabonAlthough circumstances have changed, the broad objectives of our policy as announced by the previous Secretary of State on 6th December 1974 remain valid. My Department is in constant touch with the oil companies on means of achieving them. There is no necessity for a further statement at the present time.
