§ Mr. MaclennanThe Price Code applies to charges for the provision of services and some charges for mooring are subject to control under this provision. The Price Code does not apply to rents, which are a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment, who has no plans for introducing controls in this area.
