§ Mr. EadieI am informed by the Electricity Council that between January 357W 1974 and June 1976 the average price of electricity paid by all consumers in England and Wales increased by about 97 per cent. and that the increase directly due to the rise in fossil fuel prices alone was 60 per cent.
