§ Mr. Harold WalkerI have been asked to reply. It is too early to make any reliable estimate of this kind. The Local Government Training Board, which is responsible for making arrangements for the training of careers officers, is keeping the situation under review, but at this stage it has no reason to suppose that most of those leaving courses in July will not find jobs as careers officers by September. It is not possible to make any estimate about the position of those leaving courses in December.
