The arrangements have all been terminated, but during their period of operation particulars were not duly furnished to the Director General as required under the restrictive trade practices legislation. The question of appropriate proceedings before the Restrictive Practices Court is the responsibility of the Director General. The Monopolies and Mergers Commission is continuing its investigation into the supply of flour and bread during the course of which these arrangements came to light.
