on standardised whole milk containing at least 3.5 per cent. fat and one based on non-standardised whole milk with its natural fat content unchanged but subject to a minimum of 3 per cent. The system is to be implemented not later than 1st October 1976. We have notified the Commission that the United Kingdom will adopt the system based on non-standardisation, which will in fact enable us to continue with our present arrangements for whole milk.
