§ Mr. KaufmanCompensation for nationalization will be satisfied by the issue of Government stock. Issue of stock does not involve a call on public expenditure. It would be inappropriate at this stage to give an estimate of the amount of compensation stock which will be issued, but it will be fair to the taxpayer as well as to shareholders.
