§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will amend regulations so as to allow a local education authority to allow its staff to co-operate in the distribution of milk for children aged 7 to 10 years provided by another local authority under the Local Government Act 1972, Section 137.
§ Miss Margaret JacksonMy right hon. Friend cannot make such an amendment to regulations since his powers in this respect can only be exercised where milk is provided by local education authorities.
