Brown"Rents of Public Authority Houses and Rent Rebates and Allowances in Scotland 1975" (Cmnd. 6471) gives information about rent rebates and allowances granted by public authorities as at 30th September 1975. Total expenditure by local authorities and new towns in administering the rent rebate and allowance schemes in 1975–76 is estimated at £0.8 million.
