§ 37. Mr. Goodhewasked the Secretary of State for Defence what has been done with the Nimrod aircraft withdrawn from service consequent upon the cuts announced in the Defence White Paper of 1975.
§ Mr. WellbelovedNo Nimrod aircraft have yet been withdrawn from service. As stated in the Defence White Paper of 1975, the Nimrods at present in the Mediterranean area will be withdrawn between 1977 and 1979. These plans have not been changed.
