§ Mr. Hicksasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when it is intended that work should commence to provide an adult training centre for 60 persons in Liskeard for the mentally handicapped.
§ Dr. OwenThis scheme has been selected for inclusion in my right hon. Friend's provisional list of schemes for the 1976–77 personal social services capital programme. It is now for the Cornwall County Council to decide when work should commence.
