HC Deb 15 June 1976 vol 913 c100W
Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Defence on how many occasions the Royal Air Force has paid out damages or compensation to the victims of road accidents caused by the distractive effects of low-flying aircraft.

Mr. Wellbeloved

My Department's records of claims are not kept in a form which would enable a definite answer to be given to this Question without the expenditure of a disproportionate amount of time and effort, but we have been unable to trace any such payments.
