asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether either or both of the two cases of rabies recorded in humans, referred to in his reply to the hon. Member for Macclesfield on 4th May, occurred within the area of Greater London.

The two fatal cases of rabies in humans recorded in 1975 originated from infection contracted abroad and both cases were admitted to hospitals situated in the Greater London area.
