§ 20. Mr. Gwilym Robertsasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will provide additional finance for the pneumoconiosis benefit scheme; and if he will open discussions with the relevant trades unions and the National Coal Board with the aim of bringing into the ambit of the scheme some of the excluded widows and commuted cases.
