§ Mr. Trotterasked the Lord President of the Council whether, having regard to the lack of taxis plying for hire in the Westminster area, in the early hours of the morning, he will introduce a system of hired buses to be available to take Members home if the House sits after midnight, if necessary with a charge being made to the Members concerned.
§ Mr. FootI have considered the hon. Member's suggestion but I do not think that such a system would be practicable.
