§ Mr. MarksBetween 30th June 1975 and 31st May 1976, 6,615 driving tests were conducted from the centre in Cobden Street, Nelson. 47 per cent. of them were passed. The national average pass rate for the year ended 31st May 1976 was 45 per cent.
