§ Mr. John MorrisBids from local authorities are considered in the light of priorities agreed with the Council for the Principality. The available funds are shared out as evenly as possible in accordance with these priorities. The Welsh Office is in close touch with housing authorities; and detailed site inspections are unnecessary.
