Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now publish in the Official Report the figures, by reference to the electoral register which came into operation in February, of the 20 constituencies in England with, respectively, the highest and lowest electorates, specifying the same, and the number and per cent. by which each exceeds, or falls short of, as the case may be, the prescribed electoral quota, which information was asked for in the parliamentary Question of 1st April by the right hon. and learned Member for Hertfordshire, East and communicated to him by letter of 24th May 1976.
