§ The Prime MinisterI have no immediate plans for meetings here with the Heads of Government of OPEC States. However, it remains the Government's policy to conduct bilateral exchanges of view with the Governments of oil-producing countries at all suitable opportunities. President Perez of Venezuela has accepted an invitation to visit the United Kingdom, and I look forward to taking up outstanding invitations, which have been accepted, for me to visit Iran, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela.
