§ Mr. ConcannonThe planning team was appointed jointly by the Northern Ireland Department of Health and Social Services and the Northern Health and Social Services Board. The team's report was published today. Consultations on the report will take place before any conclusions are reached as to the recommendations. Implementation of the proposals in the report would be subject to the availability of finances. Copies of the report have been placed in the Library.
