§ Mr. OrmeThe review is making good progress, but many of the issues involved are complex and inter-related and the full consideration they demand must of604W necessity take time. There also has to be detailed consultation with other Departments and the Council on Tribunals. A statement will he made as soon as any proposals for changes in the system have been formulated.
