§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThere are some 95,000 people, other than civil servants, employed in the public bodies for which I am responsible, and of this number some 35,000 are employed on a part-time basis. These figures include such categories of workers as doctors, nurses and all other hospital staff, welfare workers, and public transport employees.
