§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieDiscussions are in progress between my officials and the development corporation concerning the future of the corporation's staff employed on the development of Stonehouse New Town. It is my hope that their talents will be used to the fullest extent possible in the attack on urban deprivation to which our policies are now directed.
