In general, those accepted for settlement whose passports were issued by independent Commonwealth and foreign countries will not be citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies. Of the remainder, holding passports issued by the United Kingdom and colonial and similar territories, not all will technically have citizenship of the United Kingdom and Colonies.
