Mr. Kilroy-Silk

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how long each of the 13 schoolgirls remanded in 1975, who were eventually found not guilty or had the case against them dropped, had been in Prison Service establishments;

(2) how long each of the 137 schoolgirls remanded in 1975 who were eventually given a non-custodial sentence have been in Prison Service establishments;

(3) how long each of the 1,066 schoolboys remanded in 1975 and given a noncustodial sentence have been in Prison Service establishments;

(4) how long each of the 43 schoolboys remanded in 1975, who were eventually found not guilty or had the case against them dropped, had been in Prison Service establishments.
