§ Mr. EadieThe provision of concessionary coal is governed by a number of district coal agreements between the364W National Coal Board and the unions, all of which contain restriction clauses which state that the fuel supplied is for the concessionaires' personal domestic consumption, and the board reserves the right in the event of any contravention of this clause to terminate the entitlement.
