asked Her Majesty's Government:

On what date:

  1. (i) Commissioner Lardinois announced to the European Parliament his package of measures for co-responsibility in the dairy sector;
  2. (ii) the Commissioner discussed these measures with British (and other) members of the European Parliament Committee on Agriculture; and
  3. (iii) the Government expect that these proposals will be available to the British Parliament.

I understand that Commissioner Lardinois announced these measures to a plenary session of the European Assembly on 7th July, and discussed them with the Assembly's Committee on Agriculture on 15th July. The English text of the Commission's document R/1734/76 was made available to Parliament on 23rd July.
