§ Mr. Robert SheldonAs my right hon. Friend said on 22nd July, the measures 197W he announced will add about 1 per cent. on average to the cost of living by March 1978. But of course the precise effect in individual cases will vary not only with family size and income but also with family expenditure patterns.
