§ Dr. OwenMy Department has recently issued a circular welcoming the independent endorsement of fluoridation by the Royal College of Physicians and asking area health authorities, whose membership of elected representatives has now been substantially increased, to give urgent consideration to introducing this safe and effective measure as part of their preventive health responsibilities.
