§ Mr. OrmeThe EEC Social Security Regulations constitute a multilateral reciprocal agreement enabling a worker and his family moving within the Community to carry with them acquired social security rights, including those relating to medical care. The operation of these Regulations is continuously under review by the Administrative Commission on Social Security for Migrant Workers, on which all member States are represented.
