§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe programme of the courses at the Police College at Bramshill includes lectures by many outside speakers. These include a lecture by a serving officer to two of the college courses, and four such lectures to two other courses. I see no reason to interfere with these arrangements.
Serving officers do not lecture to courses at the other police training establishments for which I am responsible.
