§ Miss Margaret JacksonI understand from the Essex authority that it has no properties in its ownership coming within the specified category. The Department encourages authorities generally to make the best possible use of their buildings for educational purposes, but in a particular case the decision rests with the authority, which is accordingly best placed to comment.
