§ Dr. SummerskillThe advertising expenditure in all media for the 12-month period ending 31st December 1975 was £1,751,050. Of this, £588,108, or 33.5 per cent., was spent in national daily newspapers and £193,550, or 11 per cent. in Sunday newspapers.
For the six-month period ending 30th June 1976, advertising expenditure in all media was £576,798. Of this, £160,146, 14W or 28 per cent., was spent in national daily newspapers and £53,767, or 9 per cent., was spent in Sunday newspapers.
