§ Mr. Robin F. Cookasked the Lord Advocate whether he has yet reached a decision following the referral to the Crown Office with a view to prosecution of a leaflet issued by the Scottish Front.
The Lord AdvocateHaving given careful consideration to the matter, I have reached the conclusion that no basis exists for criminal prosecution in regard to the distribution of the leaflet in question.
