§ Mr. Leeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will review the arrangements currently governing the passage of United Kingdom citizens to and from Rhodesia in the light of the illegal character of the Rhodesian regime; and if he will issue up-to-date guidance to would-be travellers from the United Kingdom to that country so as to minimise the risk of such travellers committing offences or of being party to sanction-breaking commercial activity.
