§ Mr. Guy BarnettThere have been consultations with the local authority associations on the possibility of testing the number of registered disabled for inclusion as a needs indicator in 1977–78 RSG distribution. However, the reliability and coverage of the data were found to be insufficient to justify their use in the present round of RSG negotiations.
