§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe Right Hon. Lord Franks of Headington has accepted an invitation to chair this group, and my right hon. Friend the Member for Dartford (Mr. Irving) and the hon. and learned Gentleman the Member for Runcorn (Mr. Carlisle) have agreed to serve as members. I understand that it is hoped to hold a very early meeting of the group. I have asked Lord Franks, and he has agreed, to report to me by the end of October.
