§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what action he proposes to take in view of the letter he has received from the hon. Member for Newham, North-West, showing that a person has received £100 supplementary benefit in a week, that this man has had £300 in a month, that his family are also drawing benefit and that he has only been in the country for five weeks, never contributing ½p in taxes or national insurance contributions.
