§ The Prime MinisterI have no plans to do so at present. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs intends, as usual, to take part in the general debate at the beginning of the United Nations General Assembly, which is scheduled to start on 21st September 1976.
