§ Mr. Leeasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether he will make it a condition of the provision of £5 million to the Lonrho Group that the funds so provided be converted into an equity holding in Lonrho; and what total equity shareholding he expects would accrue to Her Majesty's Government, with shares being issued at par value pro rata with the capital thus provided.
