§ Mr. Geoffrey Johnson Smithasked the Prime Minister what steps have been taken to advise Her Majesty the Queen on the appointment of a new chairman of the Forestry Commission.
§ The Prime MinisterIt was announced on 16th July that the Counsellors of State, acting on behalf of the Queen, had approved the appointment of Mr. John Mackie as Chairman of the Forestry Commission.
