§ Mr. PrenticeThe question of the unspent balance of the 1972 loan to the former Republic of Vietnam is one of a number of aspects of relations between Her Majesty's Government and the new Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam which have yet to be examined and resolved. The Vietnamese authorities have not yet made any request for the resumption of this aid.
