§ Mr. GoldingUnemployed teachers benefit from proposals under the job creation programme in the same way as other unemployed people, but funds cannot be used to support normal local authority services. I am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that 64 projects have been approved which will give employment to 801 teachers, with a total grant of £1.5 million, mostly in Scotland.
