§ Mr. Norman Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he will place in the Library a copy of the recent report carried out by the Department of the Environment into the mechanical condition of a sample of invalid tricycles on the road, as promised by the Minister of Transport in a Written reply on 5th July.
