Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will take immediate action to ascertain why a doctor working in a London hospital, details of which case have been supplied to him, refuses to answer letters sent to him by relatives of his patients, local authority officials and the hon. Member for Newham, North-West; and whether he will request the hospital authorities to take some action to ensure that he replies to the letters sent to him which are now awaiting a reply.
