§ Mr. PrenticeI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave on 12th July to the hon. Member for Louth (Mr. Brotherton)—[Vol. 915, c.34]—which lists the aid made available to Uganda in the last five years. No new aid has been granted to Uganda since aid was suspended at the end of 1972.
