§ Mr. Beanasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will support efforts to ensure that the European Community's own consumers are given priority in the disposal of agricultural surpluses.
§ Mr. StrangIt has always been one of my right hon. Friend's objectives that Community consumers should be given priority, wherever this is reasonable, in the disposal of agricultural surpluses.
