§ Mr. EnnalsI have asked health authorities to let me have their proposals for economies in management costs, taking account both of local circumstances and the need for more delegation of authority in the National Health Service. Streamlining of the administration will be for consideration in the light of these proposals and taking full account of consultations with staff representatives.
