§ Mr. FootI regret that I am unable to state when theOfficial Report of Friday 2nd July will be published but it will be printed as soon as production can be phased in with the printing of other essential parliamentary work. Copies in an alternative form are available in the Vote Office. Publication of this report was delayed because of production difficulties caused when a non-craft union placed an embargo on using one machine. The issue has not been completely settled but discussions are taking place to resolve the problem.
