§ Mr. Patrick Jenkinasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, in view of the fact that he has declared his intention of slimming down administrative costs in the National Health Service, why he is proposing to introduce the senior management posts of senior assistant regional architect/engineer/quantity surveyor into the regional works structure.
